"I have always been drawn to capturing florals and their beauty - whether focusing on their petals with the morning dew on a rose or capturing them by the ocean and seeing the interplay between the soft flower and the tides of the ocean.
In this body of work, I chose to take that exploration deeper, by immersing these blooms underwater. Beneath the surface, they transform and take on another persona. No longer passive subjects, they became performers: like synchronized swimmers, their petals glistening like glitter in the refracted light. Suspended in water, they take on a life of their own, adopting unique characteristics as they sway, float, and unfold."
