Shipping policy

FRAMING TO A T is located in Melbourne, Australia. We offer delivery Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally. 

Orders for framed art and custom made TV-Mirrors are delivered by a courier. 

Rural areas may incur extra delivery time and cost. If you are outside of the calculated shipping metro areas, contact online@framingtoat.com.au for a custom quote for delivery.

Pick up in store is also available on request. Contact online@framingtoat.com.au to arrange collection of an item.

Other products are shipped via Australia Post. 

Art print purchases where the print is not in stock may take up to 8 weeks to deliver in order to allow for printing of artwork, delivery of print to FRAMING TO A T, followed by custom framing in-house at our Manufacturing HQ in Melbourne.

Slim Aarons photographic prints are owned and housed by Getty Images. All photographs are printed on demand and authorised by the Getty Images Gallery, London, sourced from the original negative.

With every custom order (ie. framed art & TV-Mirrors) there is a 2-8 week turnaround from order placed and completion of piece. We will then contact you to arrange delivery by courier for the next available date.

We aim to send all other products within 2 business days, you will receive an email confirmation (including tracking information if applicable) once your item has been shipped. Orders should arrive within 10 business days after shipping date.
