Please note, FRAMING TO A T are a family owned business of 34 years, we stand by our product, craftsmanship and service.
We will endeavour to create a solution in each individual case.
Please choose carefully as we do not operate a refund or exchange policy for “Change of Mind" Returns.
TV-Mirrors are a custom made product, each case will be addressed depending on the individual circumstances.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or method of refund payment.

Exchanges
Exchanges/replacements are granted on assessment if item received is damaged.
Confirmation and proof of damage during transit must be sent to online@framingtoat.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of goods in order to receive the replacement item.

FRAMING TO A T is not accountable for damage caused on-site or at delivery address.
Please get in touch for repairs. Repairs and courier arrangements will incur a fee.
