This custom made Vertical TV-Mirror in Gold Leaf Frame is a stunning addition to our customers’ home to disguise the TV.

The frame design that we arrived at for this beautiful space was an elegant gold-leaf hand-crafted timber moulding with a sweeping curve, paired with a subtle patterned inner frame to bring a touch of ornate detail to the framed TV-Mirror.

The gold leaf frame design sits harmoniously with the brass styling accents in the room and this particular frame combination, in addition to the custom height of the TV-Mirror, brings an element of grandeur and elevation to complement our client’s interiors.

The overall frame dimensions are another tailored design aspect that is considered with each of our custom made TV-Mirrors. In this home, the vertical orientation and overall frame size is in proportion with the mantlepiece width and the height of the ceiling, giving a strong impression as you enter the room. By foregoing a low-lying horizontal TV, we enjoy the impressive effect of creating height with the framed mirror in this space, while simultaneously benefiting from the functional TV hidden in the base of the TV-Mirror. 

This family home underwent a renovation, modernising the kitchen and bathrooms, gardens and outdoor entertaining area, however the raw bones of the home were stable and stylish with a heritage façade making this a timeless classic.

This home has beautiful antique pieces throughout that hold a special sentiment to the owner as each piece has passed through generations. It was therefore important to keep and display these pieces, combining the old with the new, making this antique-feel TV-Mirror all the more perfect for these interiors in lieu of other TV products.
