Dina Broadhurst

Australian artist Dina Broadhurst works in the fields of collage, photography and appropriation art, using a combination of her own, as well as found images of models and muses. Her photographic collages come to life with the addition of dramatic 3D elements protruding from the 2D surfaces. 

Dina’s signature style of art features collage and photography to evoke messages of escapism, femininity and desire.

Dina's influences and inspirations come from the colliding worlds of fashion, advertising, art and design, as well as her own journey through the battleground of being a woman; emotionally, physically, through the journeys of age, motherhood and the changing female social landscape.
